Tap water contaminated in Nunavut’s capital, triggering state-of-emergency

A state of emergency has been declared in Iqaluit, Nunavut, where there’s evidence the community’s tap water has been contaminated.
Nearly 9,000 residents have been told it’s not safe to drink water, leaving them scrambling to find clean sources.
As Neetu Garcha reports, some residents say they feel like they’re living in a different country.
