Foreign secretary Liz Truss had earlier warned the European Union that the UK may revoke some parts of the Brexit agreement and asked for flexibility. Truss said post Brexit arrangements for border and customs checks in Northern Ireland have become the greatest obstacle to forming a new government in Belfast
